Boog Drag was created for the City One Minutes project, and was designed to represent LA in one minute. In this video, I journey through Los Angeles, passing by many historic and famous tourist spots, and I happen to find books everywhere I go. In my ideal Los Angeles, the city that is otherwise overrun by film and television sensibilities, would actually be full of books wherever you looked. This is my call for a more literate Los Angeles. It is also a contemplation of the contemporary state of books in our lives - as they become increasingly dematerialized and rarified.
