Since 2007 I have been an assistant professor in the Art Department at Chapman University. I teach New Genres, contemporary art history, modern and postmodern theory, and contemporary gallery practices classes. 
I have taught art at every level from kindergarten through graduate school. For eight years I taught as an adjunct at Art Center College of design, teaching photo history and fine art clases. I am an artist mentor for Vermont College of Fine Art. I have previously taught adjunct at Chaffey College and UCLA Extension, and taught art and video art at Campbell Hall Episcopal school, from 2003-2007.
